THE DIET OF GOOD LIVING
Life is a precious gift, granted by the Creator with love and intention. When He formed man from the dust of the earth and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, God not only gave him existence but also endowed him with the ability to enjoy harmony, strength, and joy. Every heartbeat and every breath are sustained by divine care. Yet many live as if these gifts were unbreakable, neglecting the principles that sustain health and, in doing so, shortening the days that could have been filled with usefulness.
Health should not be seen as merely a physical state, but as the foundation for fulfilling the purpose of life.
A fragile body limits actions; a confused mind weakens discernment; and a weary spirit loses the enthusiasm to serve. God’s plan is for us to have life in abundance — not only in years, but in strength, clarity, and readiness for good. When we remain in harmony with the laws of life, we are better equipped to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to us and to testify more effectively of the One who created us.
