BodyLightness
BodyLightness is a course for gently reconnecting with your own body through conscious movement and deep listening. It was developed for people who want to move with more presence – without pressure to perform, without haste, and without aesthetic expectations. The course invites you to inhabit the body as a home – not as a goal.
Over the course of the lessons, you will be guided through gentle exercises for mobility, breathing, stretching, and body awareness. We will also explore the emotions carried by the body, the boundaries it reveals, and the lightness that can emerge when movement stems from care rather than performance.
With BodyLightness, you will learn that movement is not just action – but listening. And that the body, when respected in its own rhythm, becomes a safe, vibrant, and free place of being.
