WHAT IS FASCIA?🕸️
Fascia is an interconnected web of connective tissue made up of collagen and water. Fascial connections determime the way you execute actions. This is also why two people can (for example) squat, but one may feel their quads, while the other may feel their glutes.
The goal of fascia training is to become glute and ab-dominant.
This is how we were meant to be.
Glute dominance allows you to fatigue less and generate more power. In football, this allows you to run faster, shoot harder, jump higher, improve indurance, and even improve accuracy. This is done by building connections from the foot to the glute.
