INVERT LAB (classes in English)
Invert Lab is an online handstand training program focused on the development of handstand techniques and modalities. Elaborated in a meticulous and intelligent way, Invert Lab is structured on fundamental concepts of anatomy and biomechanics so that it can serve the needs and goals of different practitioners. Whether you are a total beginner, familiar or experienced in the art of inversions, here you will find tools, tips, and knowledge that will leverage your individual practice.
Invert Lab includes programs for those who have never ventured to balance on their hands, and for those who have been on this journey for some time and are interested in delving even deeper into this art. Here you will find fundamental concepts, practices, and techniques to start your journey safely and confidently, as well as trampolines to fly even higher, such as dynamic leg transitions and handstand pressing.
All of this is carefully thought out and organized to assist each practitioner's journey in their individuality and the time they have available. This means that, in addition to regular class meetings, each practitioner receives a personalized training program that is practical, efficient, and fits into their day, eliminating all the guesswork of trying to figure out what and how to do your training routine.
In addition to the personalized training program, Invert Lab also offers live online meetings once a week on Mondays at 11 am (New York time). The multi-level classes are 60 minutes long and include warm-up, specific drills, conditioning, and cool-down. These meetings are a great opportunity to try out different exercises from your individual program, receive live guidance, ask questions, as well as meet other group members and create a stronger sense of community.
