This is the fourth issue of the magazine «L'Initiation», also identified as volume 2, launched in January 1889. Another fundamental work which allows us to know the work developed by Papus through his Martinist Order and his efforts to publicize the Gnosis, Esotericism, Freemasonry, Magnestism, Spiritism and other related sciences which flourished in the second half of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century.
