The Shift

A 4-session live training for English Teachers who want to confidently lead Business English sessions with purpose, strategy, and real impact.

THE SHIFT is designed for English teachers who want to transition into Business English with a strategic and practical approach. The program includes four live sessions, each focused on a key stage of the process:

1. The Mindset – Understanding the shift in identity and purpose when becoming a Business English trainer.

2. The People – Who you train: professionals, teams, and their roles inside companies.

3. The Needs – How to identify communication needs in real business contexts and introduce authentic material.

4. The Practice – Live practice session with participants + detailed feedback and improvement strategies.

All sessions will be live via Meet at 7:30 PM (Argentina time).
