Yoga Teacher and Certified Health Coach. I've been practicing movement, dance, yoga and meditation for much of my life. Studied and practiced many forms of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Sivananda and many forms of vinyasa for over 20 years.
I have a rooted practice of 20 years in Ashtanga Yoga under the guidance of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, Sharath Jois and Eddie Stern. I have completed the second series of Ashtanga Yoga under Sharath Jois and Eddie Stern. I taught 7 years at Ashtanga Yoga New York , Eddie's Stern yoga studio, as well as at Love Yoga, Mandala Yoga, Woom Center, Yoga Lila, The Shala and YogaWorks.
Currently I live and teach in New York City high profile clients, online, retreats, workshops and Wanderlust Festivals. I combine years of experience into own unique blend of creative, flowing, spontaneous movement, breath, strength and stillness. I believe in movement as medicine. Inspire to connect to the divine present moment through the vessel of our bodies; a direct portal to our own intuition and inner wisdom. I also teach traditional method of ashtanga yoga, ashtanga vinyasa inspired classes, seniors, breath and movement.
I host and produce women's circles and events called Shakti Rituals to empower and support women to embrace their feminine power and qualities, heal and lead with their heart.
After creating Heartbeet Juicery, (an organic sustainable juice and health brand in NYC, creating delicious concoctions, recipes and potions) I combined my knowledge and experience to create my own brand Holixtic. A wellness, lifestyle, fitness blog where I share, inspire and guide people to create balance, health, happiness and elevate consciousness thru teaching about plant foods, recipes, nutrition, fitness, yoga, reflection and spiritual practices.
