Sensuality, which is different from sexuality, means engagement in enjoyment, expression and pursuit of genuine pleasure.

We do so by fulfilling our body's physical senses - touch, sight, hearing, taste and smell; and also by entertaining our own imagination.

When you join this course, you will connect to the energy that enlivens your body head on.

This will happen through learning:

Phase 1. How to perform a sensual dance choreography based on brazilian zouk techniques

Phase 2. How to spice it up

Phase 3. How to incorporate effortless sensuality to it

Phase 4. How to confidently express sensuality around other people.

My intention is for you to feel feminine, powerful, confident, joyful, wonderful, alive, and free. In other words: exhaling sensuality.

And trust me when I say this: When you own your sensuality, your life gets to a whole other level.
