The Talk to Me Method was created by Professor Wellington Barroso in 2005, after he lived for 21 years in several American states and studied English as a second language in New York, at the SCS Escola de Negócios, located at 42nd Street and Avenida Broadway for a period of 24 months in the year 1985 to 1987.

Returning to live in Brazil he started teaching English as a second language in Brazil!

He developed an easy and simple method for you to learn a second language, which in this case would be English and Portuguese as a second language.
