BASE is a minimal sound-based tool intended for personal use during moments of sensory overload.

It offers access to stable, non-intrusive sounds that some users may find helpful for self-regulation and grounding.

BASE does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.

There are no downloads or subscriptions. Access is provided through a simple interface where users can press a button to listen. Each button redirects to a separate page so the sound can continue playing while the phone is locked.

Use is optional and based entirely on individual preference.
