The course Become an Anxiety Warrior is about changing your relationship to your anxiety. This course can teach everyone something but it is especially great for people just starting on their path to understanding their anxiety.
I teach about my Four Pillars Method. Those Four Pillars are: Knowledge, Compassion, Acceptance, and Diligence. These Four PIllars are interconnected and will become the foundation of your Path. With these Four Pillars you will develop confidence, right motivation, and the skills that are necessary to radically change the way you see your anxious thoughts and sensations. The course will show you that there is no problem with your thoughts or sensations, it's how you are interacting and dealing with them. We mainly deal with them through avoidance, suppression, or trying to change and manipulate them. Continuing in this way actually perpetuates your anxiety cycle. The Four Pillars Method is a process of change, radical change. Who ever thought moving towards your anxiety was the answer? Are you ready, Warrior?
