Here’s the full program details:

Preparation Assignments: In the onboarding phase of the program, you receive links to complete behavioral assessments. This is how I can know your personality, leadership traits and strengths.

Step 1: In this very first session we’ll discuss the StrengthsFinder assessment and your SWOT matrix with a focus on your strengths.

Step 2: This is the time to get specific and let me know your career goals and target companies.

Step 3: We meet to discuss your achievements and tie out in-demand competencies to your measurable results.

Step 4: In this session I deliver the first draft of your Smart CV and we meet to discuss it and fine tune. The Smart CV is written in English and is based on your unique competencies and strengths tied out with what is in-demand on the job market.

Step 5: This is the time for a deep dive into LinkedIn. You learn how LinkedIn works and we agree on the approach for your profile optimization based on your career goals.

Step 6: Simulation of a job interview with straight-to-the-point feedback that will boost your performance in real life occasions.

Steps 7-12: Active job hunting phase.
