This is an art therapy workshop where you will paint your portrait of your overwhelmed self, to uncover what she has to say and take the actions on how to release emotional stress.
Through your creative art you will give space and voice to the part of you that gets overwhelmed.
This art therapy process will help you, promote self-acceptance, increase your self-esteem, start having a sense of relief (knowing that you are not alone in this process, we are all women), and promote self-awareness of difficult feelings.
This will be done, through 3 explicit videos of painting your face onto a canvas with acrylic paints.
Also 1 meditation to help you connect with your feelings.
A Visualization to start accepting your overwhelmed self and putting color onto your portrait.
And a soul searching questionnaire, that will help you take the actions needed for you own self-care.
