Here are a few examples of the available automation rules:

IF the task's priority is set to 'urgent,' THEN automatically add 5 hours to the task's time sheet with the comment "Additional fee for urgent work."

IF the due date of a task is today, THEN automatically add the comment "Why is this task late?"

IF a task hasn't been updated within 3 days, THEN automatically write the comment "What is going on with this task??"

IF the task's status changes to "Awaiting feedback," THEN add a notification in four days with an additional note.
