Assistant

The EMA Assistant is an AI travel advisor that lives inside the Secret Flight Deals app. It was built on Iuri Castro's experience helping more than 10,000 people travel for less, and on the rules of 30 airline loyalty programs.

Got an alert and not sure what to do next? Tell the Assistant about it, where you're flying from and which points you have. It answers the way Iuri would: which program to use, whether it's worth transferring your points, where to book and what to do now. One step at a time, in your language, at any hour.

It also helps when cash is the better deal: where to buy, how to add a stopover, and when it's worth splitting the trip in two.

The Assistant doesn't search live prices. The deals come from the Secret Flight Deals app, and the Assistant takes you from the alert to the booking. If you'd rather have someone book it for you, every deal in the app has a button to request a quote from our partner agency.

How credits work: each reply uses a small fraction of a credit, so a pack lasts for hundreds of travel conversations. Credits are valid for 12 months from your last purchase, and every top-up renews your whole balance.
