The course ENGLISH SOUNDS: CHALLENGES FOR BRAZILIANS! (CEPS) is designed for English teachers and learners whose proficiency level is Intermediate or above. The course is conducted in English, but examples may be given in Portuguese. Questions may be asked in either language, depending on which idiom the student feels more comfortable with.

Comprising 60 recorded videos, in 30 modules and including additional materials. Each module covers 6 topics:

1. Vídeo 1: Theoretical concept

2. Vídeo 2: Pronunciation & example

3. Practice !

4. Do it yourself! (Answer key with comments included)

5. Suggestions for L2-teaching

6. Bibliography and/or URLs

Three modules are released every week during the 10 week course. Question & Answer sessions will be held monthly at dates to be announced.
