Excel Spreadsheet - Financing Calculation (PRICE and SAC Tables) v1.0

The Financing Calculation spreadsheet (PRICE and SAC Tables) v1.0 is a great option, especially for those who work with different financing or even those who need to plan before taking out financing. It has a tab for simulating financing through the PRICE system and another for the SAC system. In the header you can view the updated date and a summary of the financing in question. The spreadsheet also has a start tab where you can see a graph with a summary for both types of financing and an area where you can query the installment number to check the amount, maturity, interest and general balance, also for both systems. The last tab has all the instructions necessary to use the spreadsheet. The automatic fields are already protected to avoid problems, but the spreadsheet can be unlocked without using a password.

All fields necessary to enter information are available for editing, the others are blocked and perform the calculations automatically. Enter the information and the spreadsheet will detail all installments with amounts, interest, dates and much more.

About PRICE and SAC Systems

In the PRICE Table System, known as the French System, the value of the installments is the same for all financing, the amortization is variable and increases as the installments are paid. The interest paid on each installment is lower as payments are made. In the SAC Table System (Constant Amortization System), the value of the installments varies and decreases over time, as does the interest paid. Amortization is the same for all installments.
