Farm / Agriculture Business Manager
Organize your small farm business with one connected workbook for enterprise planning, production, sales, customer payments, operating costs, input supplies and farm work.
Keep activities such as a tomato field, laying flock or hay enterprise separate by Enterprise ID. Review production in each activity’s own output unit and compare operating results with actual cash movement.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• Farm_Agriculture_Business_Manager.xlsx with blank business record tables
• Seven-page Buyer Guide PDF in English, including setup instructions and worked farm examples
• START_HERE.txt with opening, backup, license and support information
• Instructions to convert the same workbook to Google Sheets

ENTERPRISE PLANNING
Create separate enterprises for activities, fields, flocks, products or seasons. Record optional acres and select an output unit.
Enter planned output, target unit price and an operating cost budget. Formulas calculate planned revenue, planned surplus and break-even units.
Break-even units assume a fixed entered budget and the same selling price for all units. The calculation does not model changing variable costs or market demand.
PRODUCTION AND LOSSES
Record gross production and lost or rejected quantities. Marketable output calculates automatically.
The annual Enterprise Report shows production, losses, marketable output, output per acre when applicable, units sold and recorded costs per marketable output unit. Different output units remain separate.
Optional person-hours are records only; they do not automatically create labor expenses.
SALES AND CUSTOMER PAYMENTS
Enter the buyer, enterprise, quantity, unit price, discount, applicable sales tax rate, due date and sale status. Net sales, sales tax and customer totals calculate automatically.
Record deposits, installments and refunds as
