FLOW DANCE - PATHS OF FREE DANCE

Flow Dance is a dance style created from four key concepts: Posture, Relaxation, Breathing, and Paths (PRRC), together with the energies of the five elements of nature: Earth, Water, Wind, Fire, and Ether.

The word flow means flux. By definition, Flow is “A mental state we reach when performing an activity and feeling totally absorbed in a sensation of energy, pleasure, and total focus on what we are doing. In essence, flow is characterized by complete immersion in what one is doing, and a consequent loss of sense of space and time.”

Flow Dance - Paths of Free Dance was born from an inner search for a dance that could express movements in a genuine way, without expectations of steps, performances, or a defined style. This inner search for a dance that would come naturally was based on a main and initial point in the preparation of the dancing body: the state of relaxation.

The course has lifetime access, dance for unlimited time! Within the Kiwifi platform, I will guide you step by step in 4 complete modules in video lessons. The lessons are narrated, explained in detail, and demonstrated in videos with the Flow Dance technique for you to copy and practice at home or wherever you want! In addition to the four modules, there are more topics on Dance and Musicality, Dancing Freely with Music, and a bonus playlist of songs specially selected for practicing Flow Dance, which is updated frequently!
