CogniMove

English

CogniMove is a digital cognitive training platform designed to help adults incorporate structured cognitive activities into their daily routine.

Through short training sessions, users engage in activities involving memory, attention, processing speed, executive functions, and dual-task performance. Exercises vary across sessions and adjust in difficulty according to the user's performance, creating a more individualized training experience.

CogniMove also includes motor-cognitive activities that combine simple physical movements with cognitive tasks. This approach is informed by research on cognitive and motor-cognitive training, including dual-task interventions, which have been investigated in older adults across different cognitive and functional outcomes.

Users begin with a brief introductory assessment that helps organize their training profile across different cognitive domains. Based on this information, CogniMove suggests a training routine and allows users to follow their activity and progress over time.

The platform was created by Adriano Zanardi da Silva, PhD, physiotherapist, researcher, university professor, and founder of PhysioBRAIN, with a focus on translating scientific knowledge into accessible and practical cognitive training experiences.
