How to fulfill my NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS when JANUARY is about to definition? (dubbed and subtitled to ENGLISH)
I am a psychologist, with 2 master's degrees and 1 doctorate. Do you avoid New Year's resolutions cause they weren't fulfilled last year? Or did you make your resolution list and have already given up? How many times have you seen these cases or have you yourself been the protagonist of this story?
In my professional practice I have seen numerous cases like these, in which someone intends to achieve a certain objective and they arrive devastated to see that they have not been able to achieve what they set out to do, developing as a consequence: stress, anxiety and/or depression.
Although it is important to reestablish the person in some immediate situations, it is equally important to know what happened (or did not happen) that caused to the person to reach that point.
And I observed that many of these cases were related to a goal unfulfilled in a certain time, many of them, at some point, New Year's resolutions.
That is why I developed a program where I help you and accompany you in a videoserie on your way to the goal of achieving your objectives or New Year's resolutions, even when January is over (and if they are not New Year's resolutions, you can also apply it).
And why now and not on December or starting January? Precisely ‘cause at that moment we are all motivated to achieve our purposes, and we know that's right now that the most motivating month of the year has passed, when support and motivation is most needed to continue and don't leave our goals.
This serie is divided into 10 steps or points:
- From 1 to 7: From how to decide what your objectives will be, to how to develop them.
- From the 8th to the 10th: IF YOU'RE ALREADY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR... and you still haven't advanced what you wanted, or if you feel that you are "stuck", these steps will help you not to lose focus and that you can move forward.
