Welcome to this Live Language Proficiency Training Course from Alliance Aeronautical Division which has been designed specifically for pilots, air traffic controllers

This Live course, offered by the Aeronautical Division of the Alliance Multilingual Centers, is specifically designed for pilots, air traffic controllers (ATCs), meteorological personnel (METs), and those studying to enter these professions.

This training course is conducted and guided by an ICAO evaluator and it aim to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet and exceed ICAO language proficiency standards using Googlemeet/Zoom/Teams.

Throughout this course, we will delve into the specific criteria that assessors use to assess your language proficiency, providing you with real detailed explanations, examples and practical tips to improve your communication skills and succeed in the exam of your choice.

Course Objectives:

1. Understanding ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements:

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the six ICAO language proficiency criteria: Pronunciation, Structure, Vocabulary, Fluency, Comprehension, and Interactions.

2. Mastering Pronunciation:

- Learn the key aspects of pronunciation, including stress, rhythm, and intonation, to ensure clarity and accuracy in your speech.

3. Building a Robust Vocabulary:

- Expand your aviation-specific vocabulary and learn how to use idiomatic expressions and paraphrasing to communicate effectively in various scenarios.
