KOZO System — A Guided System to Structure Your Routine
Repeated planning can leave you starting over when work, personal commitments, and competing priorities interrupt your routine. Created by Eduardo Akahane, KOZO System is a guided digital learning and implementation system designed to help you build, operate, and maintain a practical personal structure.
Drawing inspiration from principles of operational structure and stability found in Japanese systems, KOZO connects eight elements: Structure, Classification, Planning, Execution, Attention, Maintenance, Diagnosis, and Consolidation.
Your guided path has three stages:
• Implementation: a 7-day sequence to build your initial structure.
• Operation: two weeks of practical use, review, and stabilization.
• Consolidation: continued review and maintenance from day 30 onward.
Inside the dedicated KOZO portal, you work with interactive tools, checklists, personal structural maps, diagnostics, assessments, and internal completion records. Apply the system to everyday responsibilities, work priorities, and personal commitments at your own pace.
The English-language library includes six complementary resources, totaling 292 pages:
• KOZO Structural Manual — 166 pages
• KOZO 7-Day Implementation Guide — 21 pages
• KOZO Weekly Review Sheets — 29 pages
• KOZO Diagnostic Tools — 35 pages
• KOZO Practical Templates — 28 pages
• KOZO Tracking and Maintenance Boards — 13 pages
KOZO goes beyond a traditional planner or a collection of video lessons: it provides a guided structure for ongoing practical use. The timelines describe the learning path, not guaranteed outcomes.
Content is delivered in English through the independent KOZO portal at sistemakozo.com. Hotmart processes your payment. Any completion certificate is an internal KOZO record, not an accredited professional qualification.
