Move Better Feel Better: Morning Workout

Training first thing in the morning can be a game changer in your life!

Becoming a morning person is not easy for many of us. I tested this program for one month with a group of 50 women. We did a 30min workout at 6h30 am, Monday to Friday, and I got the proofs that I needed. Here are the results I collected from this group:

I am a Brazilian dance and fitness instructor based in Montreal. I believe that Movement is Medicine. I want to motivate you to move your body Better to Feel Better. I offer live trainings in the mornings, Monday to Friday 6h30 am (Montreal time). Here, you will find different types of trainings: Essentrics, Pilates, Strengthening and SAMBA classes, for all levels, from those who never danced before to an experienced dancer focused in learning my Choreographies.

Je propose des entraînements en direct le matin, du lundi au vendredi à 6h30 (heure de Montréal). Tu trouveras ici différents types d'entraînement : Essentrics, Pilates, Renforcement et cours de SAMBA, pour tous les niveaux, de ceux qui n'ont jamais dansé auparavant à un danseur expérimenté qui se concentre sur l'apprentissage de mes Chorégraphies.
