Training first thing in the morning can be a game changer in your life!

Becoming a morning person is not easy for many of us. I tested this program for one month with a group of 50 women. We did a 30min workout at 6h30 am, Monday to Friday, and I got the proofs that I needed. Here are the results I collected from this group:

I am a Brazilian dance and fitness instructor based in Montreal. I believe that Movement is Medicine. I want to motivate you to move your body Better to Feel Better. I offer live trainings in the mornings, Monday to Friday 6h30 am (Montreal time). Here, you will find different types of trainings: Essentrics, Pilates, Strengthening and SAMBA classes, for all levels, from those who never danced before to an experienced dancer focused in learning my Choreographies.

Tu trouveras ici différents types d'entraînement : Essentrics, Pilates, Renforcement et cours de SAMBA, pour tous les niveaux, de ceux qui n'ont jamais dansé auparavant à un danseur expérimenté qui se concentre sur l'apprentissage de mes Chorégraphies.
