This is a Solo Dance Training where we move, feel, and listen to our body while experiencing and understanding that we can open up and connect to the infinite possibilities innately present in our body.
Our purpose is getting to know our body in greater depth so that we can enjoy it even more when we dance with a partner! The more we know ourselves the more flowy the relationship with another person is in dance and life, right? 😉
This training is for you if you would like to:
• Expand your knowledge about your body and its infinite possibilities both through experience and understanding
• Acquire tools to improvise freely and solo
• Learn simple & healthy techniques and apply them when you dance:

∞ Other styles: WCS, Forró, Fusion, Kizomba, Bachata, etc.
We apply the Liberato Method, a body reeducation system, to discover our body’s natural intelligence, thus gaining greater body awareness and connection.
By participating in this training, you have a great opportunity to spend quality time dancing with yourself and for yourself, as well as connecting with people from all over the world!

Since the beginning of his career 20 years ago, he has always combined his artistic life with teaching. During the last 12 years, he has conducted a research study on dance and the multidimensionality of the body in motion, the result of which is a body reeducation system through dance.
Currently, he is sharing his knowledge in online courses and workshops, while he is in the creation process of his first book on the Liberato Method, together with his team and the technical support of the University of Valencia (Spain).
