Siblings in Harmony is a program of guided audios for siblings ages 4 to 13 who fight every day. Your kids listen to each audio during a quiet moment and learn to calm their bodies, release built-up anger and treat each other with respect, through breathing, simple images and phrases to repeat. You just press play.
