Modular use of MARPE

To make teeth movement as save as possible, we need to differentiate the teeth from skeletal part. With MARPE we get more natural decompensation and better control for orthopedic forces without pushing teeth out of bone.

It’s not only about expansion, but also trying to use the same Expander on palatal TAD’s as anchorage platform to achieve different orthodontic goals, without losing anchorage and having a good vertical control.

With this approach we neutralize the opposite reaction of force and direct our forces to move teeth or with Orthopedic forces open the palatal suture.
