Surface Classes - A preparatory Guide to modeling class-A Surface
This is a preparatory guide that will help all sort of 3D modelers, whether in engineering or design, to prepare themselves to begin their journey in class-A modeling.
While some professionals keep class-A modeling skills as a secret, through my experience in work and training, I preferred to share what I have learned and what almost no one is willing to teach.
When you are working between engineering and design departments, you discover that there is much more about modeling than the software itself, which is why I created this guide with content from what I have learned in over 20 years of modeling.
What takes months (if not years) to learn in practice, you can start now using this guide to practice and research as a student or professional in transition.
This guide addresses technical points that influence modeling from both, design and engineering point of view, allowing the reader to identify their weak points to be worked on.
With a general and superficial scope, it will help both students and professionals from different fields, and even beginners in class-A modeling, who have not yet had the opportunity to explore tools that can improve their performance, avoiding excessive revisions of corrections that precede the approval of modeled files.
I hope you enjoy it!
