The Gaming Detox Quest is not a ban, a punishment, or a rejection of technology1. It is a Co-Op Mission between the Game Master (Parent) and the Hero (Kid) designed to swap screen time for real-world XP2. We use the language of gaming to teach kids the most important skill: The Power-Down.
