The Leather Armory — Wearable Armour Patterns in 5 Sizes
Three armour pieces. Five sizes each. Fifteen sized patterns across 35 sheets, every one drawn at true size from real body measurements.
A bracer that does not close is not a bracer. Armour is the one thing in leatherwork where being two millimetres out means the piece cannot be worn at all. These patterns are sized from the forearm, the chest and the head — not scaled up and down by eye from a single drawing.
WHAT YOU GET
• Bracer — tapered forearm guard, three buckle straps, sizes S to XXL
• Pauldron — four overlapping lamellae that let the shoulder actually move
• Gorget — throat and upper chest collar, wet-formed from a flat ring

• Bonus 1: Aging & Distressing — how to make new leather look fought in, in the correct order, with what is reversible and what is not
• Bonus 2: Rigging & Comfort — the fastening systems, where to pad, the five predictable pressure points, and how to test range of movement
• Commercial Licence — sell every piece you make, unlimited, no royalty and no credit required
• Vector SVG files attached, for laser cutters and plotters
PIECES BIGGER THAN A4
A bracer in XXL is 192 × 264 mm. It does not fit an A4 sheet, and shrinking it would destroy the only thing that matters. Those patterns print across two or four sheets with registration crosshairs and a marked overlap — you tape them and cut. Nothing is scaled down to fit.
Every sheet carries a 20 mm square and a 1 inch square so you can verify your printer before cutting.
Cut the pattern in card and wrap it on the body first. It takes ten minutes and saves a hide.
