As a board-certified oral and maxillofacial radiologist, Dr. Bruno Azevedo exemplifies excellence. After his residency, he was invited to be one of the founding faculty members of the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Dental Medicine in Pomona, California.
Forging a brand-new integrated dental curriculum gave him a singular vision on how to apply advanced imaging into the specialties of dentistry. His teaching methodology was then adopted by many other dental schools, including the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where he was responsible for implementing a robust 3D imaging course to all residency programs.
