It is a concept that I developed and have been practicing with my patients, clients, coaches, and student during these more than 20 years of training, which means you are immersed in intense emotions and, because of this, you end up acting very intensely, making a superficial analysis of the problem, choosing and immediate action, by attempting rapid movement, and activating the "autopilot".
