Vectors and Movement - A Fascial Approach
Course that presents and discusses the main innovations related to the anatomy, functions, and behavior of the fascial system in response to internal and external biological stimuli (movement). It introduces its functional characteristics as a sensory organ, responsible for mediating proprioceptive, interoceptive, and nociceptive information that create integrative responses along the myofascial system. It introduces principles of training and qualities of innovative movements, following specific force transmission vectors based on Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains. Each of the vectors promotes specific joint movements guided by Tye4® and its elastic resistances. Created and taught by Dr. Elaine de Markondes. Available in online format.
