Where Jesus Walked: Archaeology of the Gospels

English

You read the Gospels without being able to picture the places where Jesus walked. This guide covers thirty scenes, in the order the four Gospels tell the story: from the grotto in Bethlehem to the Jordan, from Cana to Caesarea Philippi, from Gethsemane to the road to Emmaus. In each one, the same question guides the reading: what is left of this place, and what does it change in the text. It is the quick walk that completes the Galilee and Jerusalem stops.
