Why Masterbatches? Advanced Masterbatches Course for Thermoplastics

Thermoplastics transformation always requires additivation with chemicals, fillers and pigments. However adding those substances directly can be quite complex for many reasons.

Therefore preparing a pre-mixture of those chemicals and mineral within a polymeric matrix is the way to solve this issue. This pre-mixture is called "Masterbatch"

This course is aimed for technicians, engineers, sales and marketing people who needs to formulate thermoplastics or are interested to work with masterbatches.

It will be introduced various masterbatches functionalities with technical and practical explanations on physical chemical mechanisms involved such as Antiblocks, Slips. Anti Statics, Anti Fogs, UVs block and stabilizers, Flame Retardants, Colors, Fillers and others.
