My name is Rudy and I have been a teacher since 1999 and also a Certified TESL Trainer. I founded Lynx Languages in 1999 and have enjoyed teaching and helping many students to improve their job opportunities. I developed this training to help teacher become more effective whenever they are teaching English. Most teacher that I have encountered in my 23 years as a TESL Trainer do not use the Communicative Approach in the classroom. The Power Speaking ESA Methodology combines the perfect combination to engage students and get them ready to activate and then have them do a power speaking activity that will eventually lead them to a natural conversation.

We all learned our native language (commonly referred to as L1 in the field of TEFL) as children without the assistance of language teachers or course books. We simply absorbed the language around us, processed it, and developed internal ideas and rules through trial and error to allow us to use the language fluently and accurately. We can do the same in the classroom.
