Ahorro de tiempo: Precisamente está técnica es para personas que no tienen tanto tiempo para pasar cocinando todos los días pero que quieren adecuar su alimentación a sus metas y gustos. . . Ahorro de energía, menos estrés: No hay que estar pensando en la comida, eso permite utilizar la energía en otras cosas y no sentirnos presionados ni pasar pensando en eso . .
