  • What are the steps in the selection process?
    At Hotmart, we work with trust and transparency, and this is reflected in our selection process, which is tailored to the needs of each position and area. Your journey as a candidate may include up to six steps. Below are the step-by-step instructions:

    1. You must apply for the job you want.
    2. Important: You'll receive our online test in your inbox.
    3. Once you've passed the previous requirements, you'll be invited to an interview with our talent team. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about
    4. Hotmart and introduce yourself to us.
    5. Depending on the selection process, you may be invited to participate in the Hands-on Challenge, an online test that will help us learn more about your
    6. technical skills.
    7. If you make it to this step, it's time to meet your future manager in an informal, chat-like interview.
    8. Finally, you'll participate in a culture interview to learn how we put our pillars into practice every day.


    In addition to the steps listed above, you may participate in additional interactive activities such as group dynamics, in-person and/or technical interviews.
  • How long, on average, does the selection process last?
    Collaboration, flexibility, and caring are part of our selection model. We believe that each process is unique because we match each candidate with the specific demands of the position and the area. On average, our recruitment process takes 30 to 60 days.
  • Will everyone receive feedback after applying?
    Of course! We care about everyone around us, and that means respecting each and every candidate who applies for our open positions. Regardless of the outcome of the selection process, we share feedback via email with everyone involved in the process. Due to the high volume of applications, this feedback may take a few days, but rest assured that we will always respond. And remember to check your spam folder.
  • What is the salary range for the position?
    At Hotmart, salary ranges are competitive and in line with the average market rate. During the selection process, you can discuss salary with the recruiter, taking into account your expectations combined with the experience and skills for the position.
  • What will we consider when we analyze your resume?
    In the resume screening step, our talent team analyzes your educational background, work experience, and career interests. In your resume, be sure to detail your education history, skills, languages, extracurricular activities, and previous jobs, if any.
  • Are there opportunities for career growth at Hotmart?
    Yes, at Hotmart we are constantly growing and offering a variety of opportunities to our Troopers (as we call our employees). Here, we work on the Y-Career model, which means you'll have the freedom to choose and grow in a technical or management path. We give you autonomy, which is one of the pillars of our culture, so that you can be the protagonist of your own career and pursue the area or position with which you identify most
  • How will communication take place during the selection process?
    Your participation in our selection process will be primarily online, but may include in-person steps. In addition, all communication throughout the process is dynamic and multi-channel. You may be contacted by our talent team via phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and/or email with all instructions. Interviews are conducted via video call.
  • Will I meet the team leader and ask Of course! At Hotmart, we grow because we keep working and we're always looking for the next step. That means we're open to you applying for other vacancies in the future. We only recommend a 3 month gap between applications.questions about the position?
    Yes! As you advance in the selection process, we have an interview step with the immediate leader or a specialist in the area. If the manager is on vacation or absent, the interview will be conducted by the person who is replacing them. Remember, from the first contact with the hiring manager, you can ask any questions you have about the position.
  • If I'm not approved in a selection process, can I apply for other job openings?
    Of course! At Hotmart, we grow because we keep working hard and we're always looking to achieve the next step. That means we're open to you applying for other vacancies in the future. We only recommend a 3 month gap between applications.
  • What are the criteria for applying for jobs in other countries where we operate?
    What are the criteria for applying for jobs in other countries where we operate? Currently, our international positions are open to local candidates, or those who already reside in the country and have a visa or work permit. If you are interested in applying for a position outside of your country of residence, you must have a resident visa or local work permit. In this case, the relocation process, including expenses, is the responsibility of the person interested in the job.
  • What is the onboarding process like?
    Once you are approved in the selection process, your experience with us will continue to be special. We have a welcome plan for your first few days as a Trooper. We will welcome you with an immersion into our culture and share relevant information about the company and our business. In addition to receiving a kit of personalized Hotmart items, you will have all the support and initial guidance you need from a reference person from the team you will be joining.
  • What is Hotmart's work model? How about type of employment?
    Our hiring process is based on permanent contracts. At Hotmart, we have a hybrid work model because we combine a sense of autonomy and responsibility in a flexible and dynamic environment. This means that on average, you'll be able to work in the office two to three times a week and remotely the rest of the time from wherever you prefer. You will be able to organize your work around your schedule as long as it is aligned with your leader. Since our offices are also spaces for interaction, we encourage teams to meet often.
