C. COMPETENT SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

In accordance with Clause 13(a) of the EU Transfer Clauses, the supervisory authority with responsibility for ensuring compliance by the data exporter with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is as the jurisdiction stipulated in the Contract, or in its absence, the Supervisory Authority from the Netherlands.
